Overnight orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail service.
Express Mail delivers overnight with a guaranteed delivery time and
unlike FedEx, can deliver to a P.O. Box. If the customer is not at
the shipping address, at the time of delivery, then it is the customer's
responsibility to ensure delivery of the shipment by having
another party (neighbor, concierge, door service, etc) present. Absent
such arrangements it is the customer's responsibilty to pick the
shipment up at the post office per instructions slip by the delivering
postal employee. Under no circumstances is MyColorCopies.com responsible
for the actual delivery process by the Postal Service, particularly when
the USPS attempts delivery and the recipient has not made arrangements
to receive the package.

Optimize your files
for printing Not all files are created equal.
Before submitting files to your printer, make sure
your images are high-resolution — 300 dpi is the
standard — and in the right color family — usually
CMYK. Additionally, make sure you provide all
necessary fonts for printing, and that your files are
backed up at your office. These issues can be
addressed by sending us a PDF file to print from.
