PDF is usually best for menu printing. Before sending your file, double-check prices, phone numbers, hours, addresses, QR codes, spelling, and any seasonal items.

How it adds up: menus are priced as color copies (2-sided letter $0.64, legal $0.58, tabloid $0.94 each for 100–249), plus any paper upgrade (80# gloss text +$0.05 letter / +$0.10 tabloid, 80# matte cover +$0.10, 100# matte cover +$0.12), plus folding at $0.02 per sheet. *Half-page inserts are printed two to a letter sheet and cut ($5.00 per 500 sheets). We print from your finished file and check it first, including text near the folds and edges. We don't design menus; free tools like Canva have menu templates.
