My Color Copies prints church programs, sacrament meeting programs, and Sunday bulletins from your finished file for wards and congregations across Utah County, including Mapleton, Springville, Spanish Fork, Provo and Payson. A standard program (8.5 x 11 folded to 5.5 x 8.5, printed on both sides) is $0.69 each, so 100 cost $69 and 50 cost $34.50. Orders placed and paid by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same day with Shipping at cost, or pick up free at our shop in Mapleton, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Send each week's finished PDF with your quantity. For Sunday programs, order by Wednesday if we're shipping, or by Friday at 5 PM for free local pickup in Mapleton. We check every file before printing.

How it adds up: $0.64 per 2-sided letter sheet for up to 249, including orders under 100 ($0.54 for 250–499), $0.05 per sheet for folding, and $0.05 per sheet for 80# gloss. *Half-sheet programs are printed two to a letter sheet and cut ($5.00 per 500 sheets or part of 500). 8.5 x 11 folded to 5.5 x 8.5 (most common), 8.5 x 11 tri-fold (same price), half-sheet 5.5 x 8.5 flat, or 11 x 17 folded to 8.5 x 11 for larger bulletins.

98-brightness 24lb/28lb Hammermill is included and ideal for weekly programs. 80# gloss (+$0.05) for Christmas, Easter, and conference programs.
Accepted files
PDF is best. Word, Google Docs, and Canva designs work too; export to PDF to keep fonts and page order in place. Not sure your photos are sharp enough? See our file quality guide.
Your design, printed
We print from your finished file and check page order, margins, and fold lines first. We don't do full design, though we can upscale low-resolution images for $10 per file.

How much does church program printing cost?
A standard church program (8.5 x 11 folded to 5.5 x 8.5, printed on both sides on standard paper) is $0.69 each for 100–249 and $0.59 each for 250–499. For example, 100 programs cost $69, with free pickup in Mapleton, Utah, or shipping extra at cost. Half-sheet flat programs are printed two to a sheet and cut, so 200 cost $69. On 80# gloss, half-fold programs are $0.74 each.
Can you print our programs every week?
Yes. Send each week's finished file. Orders placed and paid by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, or pick up free at our Mapleton shop, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. For Sunday programs that are shipped, order by Wednesday so USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–3 days) arrives in time; local pickup works through Friday at 5 PM. You can also set up a standing weekly order: tell us your usual quantity, size, and paper once, then email each week's PDF to hello@mycolorcopies.com by Wednesday.
What size are church programs?
Most church and sacrament meeting programs are an 8.5 x 11 sheet folded in half to 5.5 x 8.5, giving a front cover, two inside pages, and a back page. An 8.5 x 11 tri-fold is the same price. Half-sheet flat programs (5.5 x 8.5) are a budget option, and larger bulletins can be an 11 x 17 sheet folded to 8.5 x 11.
What paper is best for church programs?
Our standard 98-brightness 24lb/28lb Hammermill paper is typical for weekly programs and keeps costs low. For Christmas, Easter, conferences, and other special programs, 80# gloss (+$0.05 per program) makes photos and artwork look richer.
Do you design church programs?
No. We print from your finished file and check it before printing. Many wards and congregations build programs in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Canva and export them to PDF.
