My Color Copies prices color copies by quantity, and large runs are where the rate drops the most. Letter-size copies run $0.36 a page at 100–249 copies and fall to $0.24 at 2,000 and up. Runs beyond our published table are quoted individually and can go as low as $0.07 a copy, depending on page count, paper, sidedness, and finishing.

Turnaround
Most large runs still ship the same day when placed and paid by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, if we have the stock on hand. Runs needing special paper or an unusually high page count may need extra lead time — we'll confirm your ship date in the quote, before you pay.
Shipping or pickup
$10 flat on any size order, free over $125 — which covers nearly every bulk order. Sent USPS Priority Mail, typically 2–3 days. Freight or pallet shipping on very large runs is quoted with the job. Free pickup in Mapleton, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Paper
98-brightness 24lb and 28lb Hammermill Premium Laser Print is standard and included. Gloss, matte cardstock, and label upgrades run +$0.05 to +$0.30 a page — mention the stock you want when you request your quote.
Accepted files
PDF is best for large runs — one correctly paginated file prints cleanest at volume. We also accept JPG, PNG, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ZIP files. Every file is checked before it prints and before you pay.
How We Price a Large Run
The table above covers our standard published quantities. Runs above about 2,000–5,000 copies fall outside that schedule and are priced individually, which is where the rate can drop as far as $0.07 a copy.
We don't publish a fixed large-run schedule because the price depends on specifics, not just quantity. Two 10,000-copy orders can price differently if one needs cardstock and stapling and the other doesn't.
