My Color Copies prints booklets, training manuals, workbooks, and handbooks from your finished file in Mapleton, Utah. An 8-page saddle-stitched booklet (5.5 x 8.5) is $1.33 each for 100, and a 50-page comb-bound manual is $15.45 each. Bound orders are ready in 1–2 business days, with free pickup Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, or shipping we quote for your approval.
Saddle-stitched (folded and stapled through the spine) is the economical choice for thinner booklets, programs, and catalogs. Comb or spiral bound (same price) is best for thicker training manuals and workbooks that need to lie flat on a desk.
How much does booklet printing cost?
Real full-color examples at our published rates, printed and bound. Prices current as of October 2026. Minimum order is $25 in printing (tax and shipping are not counted toward it). Shipping is not included. It depends on the weight of your order and your zip code. The shipping charge will be added to your emailed invoice for your approval, and nothing ships until you approve it.

How it adds up: we charge by the physical sheet printed on both sides: $0.54 per 8.5 x 11 sheet and $0.84 per 11 x 17 sheet, the same at any quantity. For saddle-stitched booklets, one sheet makes 4 booklet pages, so divide your page count by 4 to get the sheets in each booklet (a 16-page booklet is 4 sheets). 5.5 x 8.5 booklets use 8.5 x 11 sheets and 8.5 x 11 booklets use 11 x 17 sheets. Stitching adds $0.25 per booklet. For comb or spiral manuals, one sheet makes only 2 pages, so a 100-page manual is 50 sheets. Comb or spiral binding is $1.95 per book up to 100 pages and $2.95 per book over 100 pages. Covers are an added charge. Full rates are on our pricing page.

We print from your finished file and check page order, margins, and blank pages before printing. We don't do full design, though we can upscale low-resolution images for $10 per file.

A full-color 8-page saddle-stitched booklet (5.5 x 8.5) is $1.33 each for 100 ($133), not including shipping. A 16-page booklet is $2.41 each for 100 ($241). We charge by the sheet printed on both sides, and one sheet makes 4 booklet pages: an 8-page booklet uses 2 sheets, a 12-page booklet uses 3, and a 16-page booklet uses 4. Sheets are a flat $0.54 for 8.5 x 11 and $0.84 for 11 x 17 at any quantity, plus $0.25 per booklet for saddle-stitching. The minimum order is $25 in printing, not counting tax or shipping.
How much does it cost to print a training manual or workbook?
Training manuals are printed on 8.5 x 11 sheets, both sides, and comb bound. A 50-page manual (25 sheets) is $15.45 each: 25 sheets at $0.54 plus $1.95 comb binding. Manuals print 2 pages per sheet, so divide the page count by 2. Comb binding is $1.95 per book up to 100 pages and $2.95 over 100 pages, so a 150-page manual (75 sheets) is $43.45 each. Covers are available for an added charge. A workbook is priced the same way.
What is the difference between saddle-stitched, comb, and spiral binding?
Saddle-stitched booklets are folded and stapled through the spine, like a program or catalog. The page count must be a multiple of 4 (8, 12, 16, 20, and so on), and thicker books are comb or spiral bound instead. Comb binding adds a plastic comb and spiral binding adds a coil. Both let a manual lie flat, and spiral pages fold all the way back. Comb and spiral cost the same: $1.95 per book up to 100 pages and $2.95 over 100 pages.

Send a PDF with the pages in reading order, one page per page, at the finished size. We arrange the pages for printing. For saddle-stitched booklets, make the page count a multiple of 4 and add blank pages if needed. Keep text at least 1/4 inch from the edges and the spine. My Color Copies does not design booklets. We print your finished file and check page order, margins, and image quality first.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Printing orders have a $25 minimum, not counting tax or shipping. Send your file, page count, and quantity and we will give you an exact price.

Quick Checklist Before You Submit
- Count pages, not sheets: For a booklet, enter the total number of readable pages (covers included), not the number of paper sheets.
- The Rule of 4: For saddle-stitched booklets the page count must be a multiple of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and so on). If yours is not, we can add blank pages. Example: an 8-page booklet is 2 sheets folded, and a 16-page booklet is 4 sheets folded.
- File layout: Send your PDF as single pages in normal reading order (page 1, page 2, page 3). We arrange them for printing.
- Margins: Keep text at least 1/4 inch from the edges and the spine.
