My Color Copies prints church programs, sacrament meeting programs, Sunday bulletins, and conference programs from your finished file. A standard program (8.5 x 11 folded to 5.5 x 8.5, printed on both sides) is $0.66 each, so 100 programs cost $66. Orders placed and paid by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same day with $10 flat shipping (free over $125), or pick up free at our shop in Mapleton, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Send each week's finished PDF with your quantity. For Sunday programs, order by Wednesday if we're shipping, or by Friday at 5 PM for free local pickup in Mapleton. We check every file before printing.

PDF is best. Word, Google Docs, and Canva designs work too; export to PDF to keep fonts and page order in place.

For example, 100 programs cost $66, with free pickup in Mapleton, Utah, or $76 shipped. Half-sheet flat programs are printed two to a sheet and cut, so 200 cost $69. On 80# gloss, half-fold programs are $0.71 each.
Can you print our programs every week?
Yes. Send each week's finished file. Orders placed and paid by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, or pick up free at our Mapleton shop, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. For Sunday programs that are shipped, order by Wednesday so USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–3 days) arrives in time; local pickup works through Friday at 5 PM.
What size are church programs?
Most church and sacrament meeting programs are an 8.5 x 11 sheet folded in half to 5.5 x 8.5, giving a front cover, two inside pages, and a back page. Half-sheet flat programs (5.5 x 8.5) are a budget option, and larger bulletins can be an 11 x 17 sheet folded to 8.5 x 11.
What paper is best for church programs?
Our standard 98-brightness 24lb/28lb Hammermill paper is typical for weekly programs and keeps costs low. For Christmas, Easter, conferences, and other special programs, 80# gloss (+$0.05 per program) makes photos and artwork look richer.
Do you design church programs?
No. We print from your finished file and check it before printing. Many wards and congregations build programs in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Canva and export them to PDF.
What file should I send?
A PDF is best because it keeps fonts, photos, and page order in place. Word and Google Docs files work too; export to PDF if you can. For a folded program, page 1 is the front cover, pages 2–3 are the inside, and page 4 is the back.
Is there a minimum order?
Published pricing starts at 100 programs. Smaller quantities are welcome; send your file and quantity for a quote.
Do you print black-and-white programs?
Yes. Full color is priced above; black-and-white printing is available and quoted per job.
