School and Nonprofit Printing: Prices, Tax-Exempt Orders, and Purchase Orders
My Color Copies prints handouts, flyers, newsletters, programs, posters, and manuals for schools, PTAs, nonprofits, and community groups. Letter-size color copies start at $0.36 each and drop to $0.24 at 2,000 and up. Tax-exempt orders are welcome with a Utah exemption certificate, and we accept school purchase orders. Orders by 11:00 AM Mountain Time ship the same day with $10 flat shipping (free over $125), or pick up free in Mapleton, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Send your Utah sales tax exemption certificate (Form TC-721) with your first order so sales tax isn't charged, and include your purchase order number if your school or district uses POs.

How much does school and nonprofit printing cost?
We use the same published prices for everyone. Letter-size color copies are $0.36 each for 100–249 single-sided, dropping to $0.24 at 2,000 and up. Examples: 250 classroom handouts are $80, 200 half-page take-home notices are $41, 500 glossy fundraiser flyers are $170, and a 24 x 36 poster is $24. Shipping is $10 flat, free over $125, or pick up free in Mapleton, Utah.
Do you offer a school or nonprofit discount?
No separate discount. Our published prices are already well below retail copy centers, and they are the same for every customer. Very large runs over 5,000 copies are quoted individually and can go as low as $0.07 per copy.
Can tax-exempt schools and nonprofits order without sales tax?
Yes. Send your Utah sales tax exemption certificate (Form TC-721) with your order, and we will not charge sales tax on that order.

How fast can you print for a school event or fundraiser?
Copies, flyers, handouts, newsletters, and programs ordered and approved by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Bound booklets and manuals take 1–2 business days. Posters and banners take 3 business days. Local pickup in Mapleton is free, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
What can you print for schools and nonprofits?

What files do you accept?
PDF is best. Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Canva designs work too; exporting to PDF keeps fonts and layout in place. We check every file before printing. We print your finished design; we do not design materials.
Do you print black and white?
Yes. Full color is priced above. Black-and-white printing is available and quoted per job, which is often the best value for worksheets and text-heavy handouts.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Small runs are welcome. Send your file and quantity and we will confirm the price before printing.
