Funeral Program Printing: Prices, Same-Day Shipping, and Local Pickup
My Color Copies prints funeral programs, memorial folders, and celebration of life programs from your finished file. A standard program (8.5 x 11 folded to 5.5 x 8.5, printed on both sides on 80# gloss paper) is $0.71 each, the same rate whether you need 50 or 200. Files approved and paid by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same day, or pick up free at our shop in Mapleton, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Send your finished program file (PDF is best) with your quantity and service date. We check every file before printing and tell you right away if a photo is blurry, text is too close to the fold, or anything else needs fixing. We print your design; we don't design programs.

How it adds up: $0.64 for two-sided color, $0.05 for 80# gloss paper, and $0.02 for folding, or $0.71 per program for up to 249 programs, and $0.61 each for 250–499. We print from your finished file. We don't design programs, but we check every file and let you know about blurry photos or text too close to the fold before printing.

No minimum. 50 programs are charged the same per-program rate as 100.
Files
PDF is best. Word, PowerPoint, and Canva designs work too; exporting to PDF keeps everything in place.

What paper is best for funeral programs?
80# gloss text is our most popular funeral program paper. It feels substantial, folds cleanly, and makes photos look rich. Standard paper is a budget option, and heavier cardstock is available for a keepsake feel.
Can you help if I am not sure what to send?
Yes. Send your finished program file with the quantity and service date, and we'll check it and tell you if anything needs fixing before printing. We print programs but don't design them. If you still need a design, a free funeral program template in Canva or Microsoft Word, or your funeral home, is a good place to start.
Can I send photos for the program?
Yes. Place your photos in the program design at full quality before sending it. Original photo files print much better than screenshots or small images copied from social media.
Can you print folded funeral programs?
Yes. Include the finished size, quantity, and whether the program should be folded, stapled, or printed as a simple handout.
Can I send a Word document?
Yes. We can print a finished Word document, though a PDF is safest because it keeps fonts, photos, and page order exactly as you designed them.
