Menu Printing: Takeout Menus From $0.66 Each, Printed From Your File

My Color Copies prints menus from your finished file for restaurants, food trucks, cafes, caterers, churches, and schools. A 2-sided letter-size tri-fold takeout menu is $0.66 each for 100–249 (100 menus: $66), and a 2-sided table menu on 80# matte cardstock is $0.74 each. Orders placed and paid by 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same day (shipping at cost), or pick up free in Mapleton, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Minimum order is $25 in printing.

How it adds up: menus are priced as color copies (2-sided letter $0.64, legal $0.76, tabloid $0.94 each for 100–249), plus any paper upgrade (80# gloss text +$0.05 letter / +$0.10 tabloid, 80# matte cover +$0.10, 100# matte cover +$0.12), plus folding at $0.02 per sheet. *Half-page inserts are printed two to a letter sheet and cut ($5.00 per 500 sheets). Paper

Standard paper for takeout menus and handouts. 80# or 100# matte cardstock for table menus that get handled all day. 80# gloss for folded menus with food photos.

Sizes and folds

Letter 8.5 x 11, legal 8.5 x 14, and tabloid 11 x 17, flat or folded (tri-fold, half-fold, or z-fold). Half-page inserts and custom sizes are cut to order.

Your design, printed

We print from your finished file and check it first, including text near the folds and edges. We don't do full design of menus, though we can upscale low-resolution images for $10 per file; free tools like Canva have menu templates.

Price changes

Reprinting after a price change? Keep your file and send the update. Small runs of inserts or specials are an inexpensive way to update without reprinting every menu.

Folded Menus

One-Sided or Two-Sided

A 2-sided letter-size takeout menu, tri-folded on standard paper, is $0.66 each for 100–249, so 100 menus are $66 plus shipping at cost or free local pickup. A flat 2-sided table menu on 80# matte cardstock is $0.74 each, and a folded 11 x 17 dinner menu on 80# gloss is $1.06 each.

Do you design menus?
